SALTWATER EDGE

In a sweeping reinvention of an oceanfront residence in Venice Beach, California the home was reimagined from foundation to finish as a fully immersive transformation. The original 1970s plan, which was fragmented and inward-facing, was stripped back and conceived as a four-level modern sanctuary attuned to light, horizon lines, and uninterrupted ocean views. Layered textures and a sun-drenched, organic palette lend dimensionality throughout, softening thresholds and allowing the architecture to breathe in rhythm with the sea beyond.
